We provide our customers with a 15-day return policy. The 15-day period starts once the customer receives the product; to comply the item or items must arrive within the agreed 15 days back at the Crosshead factory without any signs of use.
In the event of a product defect or fault the customer is entitled to request us to repair or replace the defect or replace the product free of defect, although we accept no responsibility for user-initiated damage or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.
Customers must report an obvious defect within 15 days of delivery of the product to be considered for a claim, other less obvious issues will be considered on an individual basis to establish guarantee or chargeable status.
We will not be liable for damages which cannot be foreseen, although will consider the type of product and condition in relation to normal use expectations.
Customers should retain the original packaging in the case that they wish to return their purchased product.
